Some of the girls at work have started a Book Club (Thanks to Lauren), and Wednesday night was our first meeting. Lauren was the host, and it was absolutely fabulous! We had a great time eating, drinking, hanging out, and discussing the book, which was Push by Sapphire. The book was good, but was hard to read at times, because of the abuse Precious (main character) receives from her parents. However, it is a good story to remind us all that someone else always has it worse...and some people live in ways that I could never imagine. Definitely opened by eyes! This is a book I recommend...but go into it being cautious of the graphic disturbing descriptions. The next book we are reading is a love/cheating story...so we are all pretty excited about that....cannot wait for the next Book Club meeting! HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!!

First Book Club...
