Best Dressed!

Below are my picks for the best dressed women at the past three award shows:

Golden Globes: This was a hard choice, because there were many dresses that I loved including Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Sandra Bullock, but my FAVORITE was the light pink tulle and chiffon Dolce&Gabbana dress worn by Emily Blunt. I thought this dress was amazing...and it kind of resembled cotton candy...which I love! This is a one-of-a-kind dress...but I of course want one. I am hoping that A.B.S makes a cheaper version for it in the Spring, and if they do, I hope they change the length to be above the knees, because I rarely never have an occasion where I would need a long gown.

Sag Awards: This is such a fun award show {more like a huge dinner party}, and the dresses are usually a little more funky than let's say...The Oscars...so I enjoyed watching the Red Carpet to see what everyone was wearing. My hands down favorite dress of the night...ironically...was the classiest in my opinion...and an actress that never disappoints in the fashion department...Diane Kruger. She wore an amazing marigold Jason Wu dress. It fit her body like a glove, and I am always a fan of the one-shoulder style. Her red lipstick looked perfect with the marigold color of her dress...she was breath-taking...as always!

Grammys: I had a hard time picking a favorite dress for The Grammys, because I really did not like what I saw on the Red Carpet...however...I did see some dresses I liked that were worn to perform in, but I am keeping my selections based on Red Carpet attire. Since The Grammys are about being funky and fresh...my favorite dress was a Emilio Pucci wore by Heidi Klum. She was wearing fabulous Jimmy Choo sandals that went perfectly with her dress. I thought her dress was fun, stylish, and and very appropriate for The Grammys! {Side note: I prefer short dresses for The Grammys...I think they fit the award show better.}

The 82nd Annual Academy Awards will be on Sunday, March 7th, and I cannot wait to see all the beautiful gowns worn on the Red Carpet. I will be posting all my favorites and maybe dislikes too for The Oscars...stay tuned!
