Beach Bound!!!

Sam and I are heading to the beach tomorrow morning to spend a long weekend with my entire family (Mom's side...The Sharbers). We are going for Renee (my cousin) and Brian's wedding. YAY! I am so very excited for them, and also for our family to get a little quality time together at the beach oily zone. I grew up going to Destin in the summers with my mom's side of the family, and we have had some great times at the beach together. The guys would always play in the Watermelon Open Golf tournament, and my sister and I used to love the souvenirs they would get from the tourney…ahh the things I remember from my childhood! :-) We haven't been to the beach with our family since I was a sophomore in high school....so it has been a WHILE! It's hard to get 36 people living everywhere from California, Arizona, all parts of Tennessee, Florida, and NYC together. This weekend is going to be very special, and I am so ready to be down at the beach with everyone. We are all staying at the same resort, but in different condos...however...Sam and I are staying with my parents, Ash and family (yes including baby Grady), and Carolyn & Marvin (my aunt and uncle). We are going to have so much fun! I am praying for safe travels to all the family and friends traveling to Florida this weekend for the wedding, and for a non-oily beach! For now, the beach is pretty, but who knows how long it will stay that way. {The picture above is where we will be...picture was taken yesterday...still gorgeous.}
