At the cold Auburn/UK game
I am back in Nashville after another wonderful weekend. I rode to Birmingham on Friday with Jake, Mindy, and Tiger (my back seat buddy), because Sam and I decided to wait and go to Auburn on Saturday, since the game was at 6:30. We had a great time just hanging out with each other Friday night. We cooked my favorite, spaghetti, and watch Saved By The Bell...The College Years. SBTB was always one of my favorite shows...and it still never
gets old...haha!

We left Birmingham around 10:45 on Saturday and got to Auburn at 12:30. We stopped so Sam could get an Aubie cap (SO CUTE) before we headed to the tailgate to spend time with his family and our friends. There were lots of people at the tailgate, and we had a great time despite the cold and occasional rainy weather.
Saturday was Anna's 3rd birthday (Sam's niece), so we all celebrated during the tailgate. She had a princess cake and lots of presents to open. Anna was so cute opening all her presents and she definitely loved them all! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANNA!!
Anna and Mrs. Rives (Nay Nay)
This gift was so cute! It came with a purse, blackberry, keys, credit card, driver's license, and makeup.
Sam and I went to the Tiger Walk (our first time to go this year) before heading to the stadium. It definitely gets everyone excited and ready for the game!! Sam and I sat with Lee at the game. I was so excited, because this was my first time to sit with Sam at an Auburn game, and I had so much fun getting to cheer on the Tigers with him. The game was freezing. I even took my favorite blanket in to keep me warm, and will definitely be doing that for all the cold games, because it helped fight off the cold. Sam and I went to the Letterman Lounge at half time (something we always do) to warm up and see some of our friends. I even got to meet Ronnie Brown...so that was neat. Unfortunately the Tigers did not beat UK this weekend. They lost 21-14.

After the game, Sam and I went back to his family's motor home to hang out and warm up. Later on, we went to Bourbon Street to meet some friends. We didn't stay long, because I was worn out from our full day.
Sam and I stopped for a little Mickie D's breakfast before heading back to Birmingham on Sunday morning. We hung out at his house and watched a little football before he took me to the Street's house to meet Jake and Mindy. We had a good time hanging out with Mindy's parents before heading on the road to Nashville. Mindy and I enjoyed great conversation the whole way home while Jake and Tiger slept most of the way. =)
Unfortunately I did not take many pictures over the weekend. It was so cold outside...I kept forgetting to get my camera out of my purse. Oh well...there is always next time. My weekend was fabulous, and now I have a full week ahead of me before getting ready for my upcoming weekend.
