Our Life: SEC Championship Weekend

A few weekends ago, Sam and I went to Atlanta for the SEC Championship game. I drove to Birmingham on Friday after work, and we hung out, before leaving Saturday morning for Atlanta. When we got into town, we met up with some of our friends and tailgated for a little while, and then headed to the Dr. Pepper Pre-game Party before going to the game.

We had a great time at the game...Dip-n-Dots included! =) After the game, we rode around on Marta and walked for a while in the cold...none of this by choice...but we still found a way to make it fun. We finally found our friends at Buckhead Grille, and ate dinner with them before going out to the bar. It had been a while since Sam and I had been out...so we had a great time! {It was so cold outside that when we got to our car to head home...our windshield was frosted over.}

We stayed with Hollie and Wes Saturday night, and hung out with them Sunday morning before heading back to Birmingham. On our way out of town, we stopped and got lunch and shopped at H&M. Sam was so sweet and patient while I was shopping. =) When we got back to Birmingham, I fixed us spaghetti and salad for dinner, and we ate it by the fire. We had a nice relaxing night! On Monday we slept in and ran a few errands before I headed back home. We both took Monday off work...so we had a nice three day weekend!
